Grade: Business Support Clerical Grade 4 (£25,878 - £28,031 per annum)

Responsible to: Principal Investigator

Campus: Coleraine

Fixed-Term until 28th February 2029 / Full-time


Job Purpose:

The postholder will be a full time, dedicated Support Assistant for the EU Coastal Monitoring and Adaptation Planning (CMAP) project, responsible for providing administrative support and assisting the Project Coordinator in delivering all contractual responsibilities to the funding body.

CMAP is a €9.6M cross-border project, led by Ulster University, and supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project will help create sustainable adaptation to the threats posed by climate change and provide decision-makers and stakeholders at the coast with information on the nature of coastal change. CMAP will create an improved understanding of coastal change, awareness of adaptation options and explore sustainable options for habitat and species restoration under climate change.
