Job description

Role: Summer Vacation Assistant

Department: Residential Services

Grade: 2 (£25,204)

Responsible to: ResLife Manager

Campus: Jordanstown

(Full-Time, Fixed term to 25th September 2026)

Job Purpose:

The Summer Vacation Assistant will work as part of the ResLife team to assist the delivery of a 24/7 service to residents and guests by conducting key tasks assigned by the ResLife Manager. The postholder will support and assist the ResLife team to deliver exceptional customer service, delivering a range of customer focused support and premises services, in accordance with agreed service standards and user requirements.
