Role: Student Operations Executive Assistant
Department: Student Administration
Grade: Business Support Clerical Grade 5 (£28,778 - £32,097 per annum)
Responsible to: Student Operations Campus Officer
Campus: Belfast
(Permanent / Full-time)
Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Student Operations team, the post holder will support the functional areas of the Student Operations Office by supporting the Student Operations Coordinators and Student Operations Campus Officers to operationalise the assessment and registry processes for all student groups, including partnerships, throughout the academic year and in line with the student lifecycle. They will also undertake project work in relation to key workstreams within the Student Operations Office in relation to Assessments, Registry and Partnership process mapping.
