Role:  Sous Chef

Department:  Academy Restaurant - Department of Hospitality Tourism and Event Management

Grade:    5 - £28,778 - £32,097

Responsible to: Head Chef

Campus: Belfast

Permanent/full-time

Job Purpose:

The Academy Sous Chef will work alongside the Academy Head Chef in providing food production services and kitchen operations in the Academy; the Centre for Food, Drink and Culture, through supporting and guiding the kitchen teams and students in consistently delivering quality, variety of food and menus on offer to customers to the agreed standards. The Sous Chef will assist in managing the operations of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
