Role: Technical Services Officer
Department: Faculty of Life & Health Sciences (Dean's Office)
Grade: Business Support 7 (£39,975 - £47,416 per annum)
Responsible to: Director of Faculty Operations
Campus: Coleraine
(Permanent / Full-time)
Job Purpose:
The post holder will manage and lead a dedicated technical team with responsibility for a range of technical services, including the development of the team members within the Faculty and Schools of Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. They will introduce new scientific and technical methods to enhance service provision and to lead and manage the established work of the team(s) to provide ongoing technical support to established and future teaching and research activity within their department/area.
