Job description
Role: Student Operations Support Assistant
Department: Student Administration
Grade: Business Support Clerical Grade 4 (£25,804 - £28,031 per annum)
Responsible to: Student Operations Coordinator
Campus: Belfast
(Permanent / Full-time - 3 positions available)
Job Purpose:
The post holder will provide an excellent, proactive service across the range of Student Operations activities. They will provide initial guidance and signposting on other non-academic related queries regarding, amongst other things, finance, well-being and employability. In addition to delivering an exceptional experience for our students, the post holder will also be a key member of the team that will deliver the full cycle of activities including registration and enrolment, examinations, graduations, and maintenance of student records.
