Job description
Role: Executive Assistant - STRIDE
Department: Ulster University Business School
Grade: 5 - (£28,778-£32,097 per annum pro rata)
Responsible to: Principal Investigator
Campus: Belfast
Part-Time(15 hours per week) / Fixed-term until 31 May 2028
Job Purpose:
The post holder will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the STRIDE Programme leadership team, assisting with effective coordination of project activities, stakeholder engagement, reporting, governance, and programme administration and delivery processes in line with PEACEPLUS requirements. STRIDE was launched on 16 May 2025 with €3.5 million in PEACEPLUS support funding to help create stronger, more connected rural communities across the border region through the use of digital technologies. The initiative supports community, voluntary, sporting, and educational individuals, groups, and organisations across Tyrone, Fermanagh, Leitrim, and Sligo.
