Job description

Role: People Analytics Officer

Department: Partnerships & Services - People & Culture Directorate

Grade: Grade 7 (£39,975 - £47,416 per annum)

Responsible to: Head of Employee Relations and People Analytics

Campus: Choice of Belfast or Coleraine

Fixed term for 9 months / Full-Time - 2 positions available


Job Purpose:

The post holder will make a significant contribution to the development of the People Analytics Section as a centre of expertise, utilising modern and innovative techniques, solutions, systems and processes.   They will provide high‑quality reporting using insight and analysis to support evidence‑based decision‑making across the People and Culture function and the wider University.  They will also be responsible for innovative information development, ensuring data is accurate, relevant and well‑presented.  Working closely with colleagues across the People and Culture Directorate, the role contributes to the delivery of the University’s wider strategic objectives.
