Role:  Digital Marketing Performance Partner

Department:  Marketing and Student Recruitment

Grade: 7 (£39,975 - £47,416 per annum)

Responsible to: Head of Strategic Marketing

Campus: Any

(Permanent/Full-Time 2 positions available)

Job Purpose:

The postholder will be responsible for driving Ulster University’s digital marketing performance, primarily in student recruitment and business development by leading SEO, AEO, PPC, and paid digital campaign strategies to enhance online visibility, engagement, and, most critically, conversions (e.g. prospects, applications). This role requires individuals who can use digital marketing to directly achieve business outcomes, communicate and educate on its impact and areas for improvement. This includes identifying weaknesses in the proposition or its go-to-market strategy including content and messaging.
