**If you do not hold original copies of your qualification certificates, birth or marriage certificate, it is useful to request these as soon as possible as they can take several weeks to arrive and may delay your start date.

Qualification certificates
| You are required to produce original certificates of qualifications that are deemed essential for the role, for verification. If your qualifications are in a different name, please bring documentation to explain name change (i.e. marriage certificate). Please also provide a translation of your certificates if not in English. If the personal specification requires a qualification in a specific subject, you must provide additional evidence if the subject is not clearly stated on the certificate, e.g. include the degree transcript, a letter from Doctoral College or PhD supervisor. References | When completing the application form, you will be asked to provide the name and contact details of two people who are willing to provide a reference. If applicable, one must be your current/last employer, the other preferably a past employer. Both must be able to comment on your ability to carry out the duties of the post for which you have applied. On receipt of an accepted provisional offer we will contact both referees. Signed statement of terms and conditions (contract)
Once the above documents have been produced and verified, a statement of terms and conditions will be emailed to you. To accept the appointment please sign and return a copy of the statement of terms and conditions within 7 days. If you do not wish to accept the appointment, please inform us by return email. In either event an early response would be greatly appreciated.
